Booking
To book a class we hold your name, email, phone number and booking history. That sits in the studio booking system, which is run by a third-party provider on our behalf under a contract that prevents them using it for anything else.
Health information
If you tell us about an injury or condition so an instructor can adapt a class, that's written on a paper card kept in a locked drawer, not in the booking system, and destroyed when you stop coming. It isn't shared beyond the instructors teaching you.
Bike hire
We record name, phone number and the ID you showed, plus the bike and the dates. Kept twelve months, then shredded. Card deposits are handled by our payment provider; we never see the numbers.

This website
No forms, no tracking, no analytics. Server logs are deleted after seven days. Fonts load from Google's font service, which means a request carrying your IP address goes there.
Your rights
Ask us for a copy, a correction or deletion at hello@coastspin.com. If you're unhappy with the answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
