Who we are

Classes

Booking is required; there's no drop-in, because there are sixteen bikes and no way to squeeze in a seventeenth. Cancellation is free up to eight hours before. Inside that window the class comes off your pass, waived for illness.

Passes

Ten-class passes are valid six months from purchase, are not transferable, and don't expire early if the studio closes for any period — we extend them instead. Unused passes are refundable within fourteen days if no class has been taken.

Bike hire

You're responsible for the bike while it's with you. The £50 deposit covers minor damage; serious damage or loss is charged at cost, which we'll show you. Helmets are included and we ask that you wear one, though we can't make you.

Health

Indoor cycling is strenuous. If you have a heart condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury or surgery, speak to your doctor first and tell the instructor before class. We're not qualified to advise on any of that.

Liability

We carry public liability insurance and our equipment is serviced monthly. Exercise carries risk and nothing here removes it.
